Bonus Terms
Live bonus terms
Read from the configuration the platform enforces, 2026-10-28 13:29 UTC. These tables prevail over any figure quoted elsewhere. The wagering multiplier of each amount is fixed when it is credited to you, and a running bonus uses the game weights shown on your bonus card, except the minimum-odds, sportsbook and excluded-game rules (section 6.8 below), which apply to every active bonus. The maximum contribution per wager and the maximum cashout are fixed when a bonus is credited; a bonus credited before these rules took effect keeps the rules it was credited under.
Wagering by bonus type

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| All bonuses not listed below | 35× the bonus amount | 30 days | $5.00 | No cap | Yes |
| Pick'Ems league prize (bonus part) | 1× the bonus amount | 30 days | $5.00 | No cap | Yes |
| tourney_prize | 1× the bonus amount | 30 days | $5.00 | No cap | Yes |

| Weekly tournament prize (bonus part) | 1× the bonus amount | 30 days | $5.00 | No cap | Yes |
Promo code bonuses: the expiry is set on each code and shown when you redeem it; the other terms follow this table.
Maximum cashout of a bonus not triggered by a deposit: 10× the bonus amount (or the Max cashout above, if lower). Anything above it is removed when wagering completes.

These Bonus Terms explain how bonuses and rakeback work on Reloader. They form part of our Terms
and Conditions (the "T&C", /legal/terms-and-conditions). T&C §7.5 refers to them as the
"Terms of Bonuses". Words defined in the T&C have the same meaning here. If these Bonus Terms
conflict with the T&C, the T&C prevail. These Bonus Terms are written in English. If a translated
version differs from the English version, the English version prevails. In these Bonus Terms,
"we", "us" and "Reloader" mean the operator of the Service.
The figures that we set and can change (wagering multipliers, expiry periods, the per-wager cap,
maximum cashout, game weights, the first-deposit offer and rakeback rates) are not written into
this text. They are shown in the live tables at the top of this page. The live tables are read
from the same settings the platform uses to apply these terms. They form part of these Bonus
Terms.
1. Definitions
1.1. Łoads (Ł) is the unit in which the Service shows balances. 10 Ł = 1 USDT.
1.2. Cash balance is the part of your wallet that is your own money. You can withdraw it,
subject to the T&C and section 10.
1.3. A bonus (shown on the Service as "Bonus" or "Bonus Łoads") is promotional money that we
credit to your wallet. It carries a wagering requirement. Until that requirement is met, it is
your bonus balance and it cannot be withdrawn.
1.4. The wagering requirement is the total amount of qualifying wagering you must place before
your bonus balance becomes cash.
1.5. The bonus type is the reason a bonus was credited, for example a first deposit, a promo
code, a daily streak or a tournament prize. Each bonus type has a row in the live tables. A bonus
type without its own row uses the row "All bonuses not listed below".
1.6. Rakeback is a cash rebate on real-money wagering. It is not a bonus. Section 17 applies to
it.
2. Scope
2.1. These Bonus Terms apply to every bonus credited on reloader.gg and on every alliance site.
The same terms and the same live tables apply on all of them.
2.2. We run our own bonus system. Every bonus on the Service is a Reloader bonus and is governed
by these Bonus Terms.
3. How you receive a bonus
3.1. A bonus is credited in one of these ways:
- (a) automatically when a qualifying event happens, for example a qualifying first deposit (section 12);
- (b) when you claim it, for example by redeeming a promo code or claiming a daily streak or level reward; or
- (c) when we award it, for example a tournament prize (section 13) or a bonus granted by support.
3.2. When a bonus is credited, you accept these Bonus Terms for that bonus. You cannot decline a
bonus that is credited automatically. You can cancel a bonus only as set out in section 11.
3.3. The wagering multiplier for each bonus amount is the multiplier shown in the live tables for
its bonus type at the moment that amount is credited. It is then fixed for that amount. A later
change to the live tables does not change it.
4. One bonus at a time
4.1. You can have only one active bonus at a time.
4.2. If a new bonus amount is credited while you have an active bonus, it is added to your active
bonus. There is no queue. In that case:
(a) the bonus balance increases by the new amount;
(b) the wagering requirement increases by the new amount multiplied by the multiplier for its own bonus type (section 3.3);
(c) if the live tables show that the new amount's bonus type extends the expiry, the expiry date becomes the later of the current expiry date and the new amount's own expiry date. The expiry
date never moves earlier;
(d) if the new amount's bonus type has a maximum cashout, that maximum applies, or the lower of it and any maximum cashout that already applied; and
(e) the game weights stay those of your active bonus (section 6.4).
4.3. Your wallet shows your active bonus, its balance, your wagering progress, its expiry date
and its maximum cashout, if any. It also lists the bonus amounts that were added to it.
5. Using bonus funds
5.1. Cash first. When you place a wager while you have an active bonus, it is paid from your
cash balance first. Bonus funds are used only for the part of the wager your cash balance does
not cover.
5.2. Winnings follow the money that was wagered.
- (a) Winnings from a wager paid from your cash balance are cash.
- (b) Winnings from a wager paid from bonus funds are added to your bonus balance. They are subject to the same wagering requirement.
- (c) Winnings from a wager paid partly from cash and partly from bonus funds are split in the same proportion.
5.3. Where bonus funds can be used. Bonus funds can be wagered on casino games, the sportsbook, poker and Reloader Originals. Sportsbook bets do not count toward the wagering requirement (section 6.8). Section 6 sets out which of the other wagers count toward the wagering requirement.
5.4. What bonus funds cannot pay for. The following can be paid only from your cash balance:
- (a) case battles;
- (b) gift cards;
- (c) points-shop purchases;
- (d) marketplace orders;
- (e) skin purchases for withdrawal; and
- (f) case openings.
If your cash balance does not cover the price, the purchase is refused. Your bonus balance is not
used.
6. Wagering requirement
6.1. Amount. The wagering requirement of a bonus amount is that amount multiplied by the
multiplier for its bonus type (section 3.3). The live tables show the multiplier for each bonus
type.
6.2. Which wagers count. Only wagers placed while the bonus is active count. A wager placed
before the bonus was credited does not count. While a bonus is active, a wager counts whether it
is paid from your cash balance or from bonus funds.
6.3. How much a wager counts. A wager adds its stake multiplied by the weight (a percentage)
for its game to your wagering progress. The live tables show the weight for each game category and
any game-specific weights. The result is rounded to the nearest cent. A game or product that is
not listed, or is listed at 0%, does not count.
6.4. Which weights apply. Your active bonus uses the weights that were in force when it was first opened. Bonus amounts added to it later (section 4.2) use the same weights. A later change to the weights applies only to bonuses opened after the change. The rules in section 6.8 are an exception: they apply to every active bonus from the time they are published, including a bonus opened before then. Your wallet shows the weights that apply to your active bonus.
6.5. Per-wager cap. There is no maximum bet while a bonus is active. Instead, the amount that
one wager can add to your wagering progress is capped. The cap is the one shown in the live tables
for the bonus type that opened your active bonus, as it stands when you place the wager. We may
change the cap. A change applies to wagers placed after it.
6.6. Void and cancelled wagers. A wager that is voided, cancelled or refunded does not count.
If it already added progress, that progress is removed.
6.7. Progress. Your progress cannot go above the wagering requirement. Your wallet shows your
progress and your most recent counted wagers.
6.8. Wagers that never count. The following wagers count 0% toward the wagering requirement, whatever weight the live tables show for their game. This section applies to every active bonus from 18 October 2026, the date it was published.
- (a) Minimum odds. A wager at odds, or at a payout multiplier, below 1.50. In a game where you choose a target multiplier or when to cash out (for example crash, limbo, dice or mines), the multiplier you choose or cash out at is the one used, and a wager with a chosen multiplier below 1.50 does not count even if it loses.
- (b) Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets do not count toward wagering.
- (c) Excluded games. Wagers on the casino games we designate as crash, limbo, dice, mines, hi-lo or plinko-type games. The current list is on the Bonus rules page; it forms part of these Bonus Terms and may be updated under section 16.
7. Completing a bonus
7.1. When your wagering progress reaches the wagering requirement, the bonus is complete. Your
remaining bonus balance becomes part of your cash balance.
7.2. If a maximum cashout applies to the bonus, any bonus balance above the maximum cashout is
removed when the bonus completes. The live tables show whether a maximum cashout applies to each
bonus type.
8. Bonus balance reaching zero
8.1. If your bonus balance reaches zero before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus ends. If
a wager paid with bonus funds is still open, the bonus stays active until that wager is settled.
Winnings from it are handled under section 5.2.
9. Expiry
9.1. Each bonus has an expiry date. The expiry period for each bonus type is shown in the live
tables. A promo-code bonus expires after the period set for that promo code. Your wallet shows
the expiry date of your active bonus.
9.2. If the wagering requirement is not met by the expiry date, the bonus expires shortly after
that date. The remaining bonus balance is removed and your wagering progress is lost.
10. Withdrawals while a bonus is active
10.1. Your bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus is complete (section 7).
10.2. Bonuses other than a first-deposit bonus. You can withdraw your cash balance while such
a bonus is active. The withdrawal does not cancel the bonus. The bonus stays active and its
balance stays locked until it completes, reaches zero or expires.
10.3. First-deposit bonus. While your active bonus includes a first-deposit bonus and has a
bonus balance above zero:
- (a) you cannot request a crypto withdrawal;
- (b) you cannot withdraw a skin or request a skin purchase for withdrawal.
The lock ends when the bonus completes, its balance reaches zero, it expires, or you cancel it
under section 11.
10.4. If a first-deposit bonus becomes active after you requested a crypto withdrawal but before
it is paid, we hold the payout for review. The bonus is not cancelled.
10.5. If we cannot confirm that your balance records are correct, we pause withdrawals and
purchases paid from your balance until the records are reviewed. We will tell you to contact
support.
11. Cancelling a bonus (forfeit)
11.1. You can cancel an active bonus that includes a first-deposit bonus from your wallet.
11.2. Cancelling forfeits the whole bonus. This means:
- (a) the whole bonus balance is removed, including winnings from wagers paid with bonus funds and any other bonus amounts added to it under section 4.2;
- (b) your wagering progress is lost; and
- (c) your cash balance is not affected.
11.3. A cancelled bonus cannot be restored.
11.4. If a wager paid with bonus funds is still open when a bonus is cancelled, expires or reaches
zero, the part of any later winnings that came from bonus funds is removed when the wager
settles. The part that came from your cash balance is paid to you as cash.
12. First-deposit bonus
12.1. The first-deposit bonus is offered only while the live tables say it is currently offered.
12.2. It is available once per player.
12.3. Only your first deposit on the Service counts, whichever deposit method you use. A deposit
qualifies when it is credited to you in USDT and is at least the minimum shown in the live tables.
If your first deposit does not qualify, a later deposit does not qualify either.
12.4. The bonus is the percentage of your deposit shown in the live tables, rounded down to whole
Łoads, up to the maximum shown in the live tables.
12.5. The bonus is credited automatically after your deposit is confirmed. Its wagering
multiplier and expiry period are those in the live tables for the first-deposit bonus type.
12.6. Sections 10.3, 10.4 and 11 apply to it.
13. Tournament and weekly rewards
13.1. A weekly tournament reward can have a cash part, a bonus part, or both.
13.2. The bonus part is a bonus under these Bonus Terms. Its wagering multiplier and expiry are
those in the live tables for its bonus type.
13.3. The cash part is cash. It carries no wagering requirement. It is paid only after a member
of our staff approves it and only if your identity has been verified. If it has not been
verified, we open a verification case.
13.4. Weekly and cycle champion rewards are paid only after a member of our staff approves them.
13.5. We review bounty rewards where a player on the winning team and a player on the other team
used the same login IP address in the previous 30 days. Both parts of such a reward are held until
a member of our staff decides.
13.6. Section 14 applies to both parts of a tournament reward.
14. Restricted jurisdictions
14.1. If your sign-up country or your current country is one where we restrict these features
under the T&C, you cannot claim a welcome bonus, a promo code, a daily streak reward, a level
reward, a free case, a pending bonus grant, rakeback or a tournament reward. You can still log in
and withdraw your cash balance.
15. Fraud, abuse and our rights
15.1. Fraud and security holds. While your account is under a fraud or security hold, we do
not credit bonuses and we do not pay rakeback.
15.2. Abuse. Bonuses are for genuine play. We may refuse a bonus, or remove all or part of a
bonus, if we reasonably believe that:
- (a) you or anyone acting with you used more than one account, or shared or colluded, to obtain or clear a bonus;
- (b) the bonus was obtained or cleared through fraud or through a breach of the T&C; or
- (c) the bonus was credited in error.
15.3. When we remove a bonus under section 15.2, we remove it only from your bonus balance. We do
not take it from your cash balance. We record the reason.
15.4. Account closure. If your account is closed, any active bonus is forfeited.
15.5. This section does not limit our rights under the T&C.
16. Changes to the live tables
16.1. We may change the figures in the live tables at any time. Each change applies from the time
it is made. Sections 3.3, 4.2 and 6.4 set out which figures stay fixed for a bonus you already
hold. The per-wager cap is not fixed (section 6.5).
17. Rakeback
17.1. Rakeback is cash, not a bonus. Rakeback is paid to your cash balance. It carries no
wagering requirement and you can withdraw it. It is never added to a bonus.
17.2. We switch it on and off. Rakeback accrues only while we offer it. The live tables show
whether it is currently offered.
17.3. Real-money wagering only.
- (a) Rakeback accrues only on real-money wagering, meaning wagers paid from your cash balance.
- (b) The part of a wager paid from bonus funds never earns rakeback.
- (c) A wager paid partly from bonus funds may earn no rakeback at all.
17.4. Which products count. Rakeback accrues on real-money wagers on casino games and on
Reloader Originals. Other products, including the sportsbook, cases, case battles, predictions and
Pick'Ems, do not earn rakeback.
17.5. Rate. The live tables show how rakeback is calculated and the rate. Where the rate
depends on your player level, the rate for your level at the time of each wager applies, and a
level with no rate earns nothing. Rakeback is calculated for each wager in whole Łoads, rounded
down.
17.6. Cycles. Rakeback is collected into cycles. The live tables show the cycle length. You can
claim a cycle after it closes.
17.7. Claiming. You claim rakeback from your wallet, one cycle at a time. For each cycle:
- (a) the amount you can claim is limited to the highest rate in the live tables applied to the real-money amount that rakeback is calculated on, as recorded for that cycle;
- (b) if the live tables show a maximum per cycle, you receive at most that amount and the rest of that cycle's rakeback is forfeited;
- (c) if the live tables show a minimum real-money wagering amount per cycle, a cycle below it cannot be claimed;
- (d) a claim below the minimum claim shown in the live tables cannot be made; and
- (e) if the live tables show an expiry period for unclaimed rakeback, rakeback left unclaimed for longer than that period can no longer be claimed.
17.8. After we switch it off. If we stop offering rakeback, no new rakeback accrues. Cycles
that have already closed stay claimable, unless we suspend all rakeback claims.
17.9. Who cannot receive rakeback.
- (a) Internal and staff accounts do not earn rakeback.
- (b) You cannot claim rakeback from a restricted jurisdiction (section 14).
- (c) We do not pay rakeback while your account is under a fraud or security hold (section 15.1).
